Ryan Awesome! I'm glad to see you on A|R!
Ryan - I thought this was a great idea, and well done. GReat for general market overviews, too. How did you add the contact info at the end?
Jeff
Hi Ryan - I like the idea of a video hotsheet ... but my expectation was that I would be seeing the homes and video of the surrounding area. Of course, I realize that would take a lot of time to shoot and edit.
The best (and most time effective) way I see to do this would be to start with the camera on you for a brief intro, then use a screen-capture program so you can click through lots of photos as you talk, and then back to you for the end. Definitely like the direction you're heading; will be interesting to see how this evolves over the next few months.
Hi Ryan, nicely done although I was expecting to see homes also. I like John's idea.
Ryan - One Word: AWESOME! Love the video hotsheet, love the prices of your listings, and love the hot weather, since I'm not there in it! lol~ Really, great job with the video, an excellent way to use it beyond the standard V-Tour. I think implementing a bit more text in the post and maybe a couple photos during the narration would make it over the top. Looking forward to your video progress and business success!! :-)
Hi Ryan... a very cool concept, great use of video and totally awesome production as well, thx for sharing it with the group!
Great Job Ryan!!!! Throwing in the anectdital info onthe different areas is good too, show you know your trade area.
Anthony - Thank you. Glad to be back here. Things have been so busy, I rarely have time to check in here anymore. How are things in Ttown?
Jeff - Thanks for the comments. I used Windows Movie Maker and the feature to add titles and/or credits is built into the program. Pretty easy really. I'm sure as time goes on I'll figure out more of the features and maybe even upgrade to more advanced feature-rich software.
John - I had planned on eventually adding in photos and/or video of the homes, but I really like your screen-capture idea. Any suggestions on what software would work best for this? Thanks for your input!
Marchel - Thank you. Gotta love the power of AR for expanding things to bigger and better heights.
Brad - Thanks so much. Progress is what it's all about and you guys are giving me some great ideas.
Marti - Thanks for your compliments. It's a work in progress for sure.
Ted - Becoming the area expert is certainly the goal. Thanks for your input.
By the way, don't know if you all noticed, but the AR guys gave this little video some face time on the main page today. Thanks AR gurus!
Ryan Things are great here in Tulsa! Congrats on the main page props.
Ryan,
Great presentation and idea. Thanks for sharing. Well deserved on AR Home Page.
All of your blog ideas, on the side bar are excellent. The chat room, the question box, the video links, the newsletter.
I am a new subscriber.
Can you give a hint for the snapshot popups?
Richard
Ryan -- I see I'm late to the party, but I love this idea and just wanted to chime in. I too would like to see the homes. . .I'm a visual creature. . .but overall I think the concept is great!
